After 38 years of performance serving the Cold Storage and Food Industry, we found success through a single source philosophy--that being a Construction Company specializing only in the Design, Build, Construction and Maintenance of Cold Storage and Food related facilities. We do this by strictly adhering to the "CUSTOMER FIRST PHILOSOPHY". In this period of constant change and increasing costs, we must find ways to become more profitable through increased efficiency. One way is to analyze your Construction vendors, their resource ability, Services and Construction costs.

Take a hard look at CFC Services, LLC. I have always said that we still understand what a customer is and work diligently, top to bottom, striving to improve upon our "customer pledge". Whether we are replacing a door gasket, selling a sheet of glassboard or building a million dollar facility, our pledge will not change.

We have purposely kept our overhead low and inventory small, without jeopardizing our quality, in order to keep our construction costs lower than any other competitor. Lower distribution costs are directly related to buying power, qualified workers, efficiency and company policy.

Give us consideration to provide numbers for door repairs, budgeting of General Construction and Cooler/Freezer Construction.
